Poh Yong Tiles Industries Sdn Bhd (PYT) was incorparated in Kuching under the Companies Act 1965 on the 6th April 1977. It changed management in May 1996 and started its operation in August 1997 and relocated to the present site at Jalan Stephen Yong in the 1st quarter of year 2000.

The manufacturing of the famous “Poh Kwong 88®” (PK88) concrete interlocking roof tiles was started more than 35 years ago ( previously under different ownership ) and it is presently Sarawak market leader in the supply of concrete roof tiles.

PYT is manufacturer of quality percast concrete products in particular, the PK88 concrete interlocking roof tiles, “Everpave” concrete paving blocks, Hollow Blocks, Turfstone, Road Kerb, R.C. Square pile and Precast Concrete Jacking Pipe. It also market, sell and deliver the finished products to the end-users, trading companies and building contractors throughout Sarawak and Sabah.

Pludec Stones & Construction Sdn Bhd ( PSC ) was incorporated on 11 August 1983 and is the holder of Licence to Quarry and Remove Stone under Licence No.KD/QL/01/2011 for two parcels of unencumbered registered State land situated at Gunong Skunyit, Kranji, Bau containing a total area of 39.155 hectares.

PSC commenced operations in June 1996 and has rapidly established itself as a leading provider of quality quarry products. The quarry site, known locally as Bukit Skunyit, is situated at Lots 25 & 26 Block 11 Senggi Poak Land District, approximately two kilometres south-west of Batu Kitang with good accessibility by tar sealed road. Bukit Skunyit is composed of limestone/dolomite rising to 165 metres above sea level and is sparsely forested. Bare rock is exposed in areas of the hill. The site was selected after careful geological survey revealed the abundance and high quality raw material.

PSC presently supplies quarry products to various major construction projects including road works, oil palm plantation roads, marine engineering works such as sea wall revetments, shore protection works and dam construction and also aggregates for industrial applications. The latter includes use in ready-mixed concrete, asphalt premix and in the manufacturing of pre-cast concrete products

HSL Concrete was incorporated in 1995 and obtained the ISO 9001 certification in January 2002. It produces and supply ready-mixed concrete to mainly the building and construction sectors.

It is capable of supplying quality grade concrete to meet customer needs. The batching plant employs the latest technology in ready-mixed concrete production and is capable of auto-batching.

Megapron Engineering Sdn Bhd (Megapron) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 10 August 1983 and has its registered office at Lot 2, block 231 KNLD Sungai Bandan,Kg Sandong Jalan Stephen Yong, 93250 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

Megapron specialises in asphalt premix, bituminous surface dressing and pavement works. The company caters to a wide range of clients, offering pavement works of superior quality.
